Warranty Coverage

Gymusclo provides a comprehensive warranty for all products, covering defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship.
(Paint damage from shipping is covered under warranty; damage from normal use is not.)


1. Heavy-duty Strength Equipment
  • Frame (steel structure & welding): 1-year warranty
  • Parts & components: 6-month warranty

Parts include:
Bolts, screws, nuts, washers, caps, bearings, pulleys, rubber cushions, bushings, pads, handles, pins, cables, clips, weight stacks, ropes, chains, bars, knobs, pedals, J-hooks, landmine attachments, safety bars.


2. Accessory Products
  • Barbells: 1-year warranty (against bending only)
  • Plates (bumper plates & weight plates): 6-month warranty
  • Flooring mats & exercise mats: 6-month warranty
  • Dumbbells & kettlebells: 6-month warranty
  • Resistance bands: 6-month warranty

Warranty Fee

Within the valid warranty period, customers are not required to pay any fees related to warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under warranty (including but not limited to):


1. Improper assembly or installation.

2. Impact, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or incorrect use

3. Unauthorized modification, or use of non-original / incompatible parts or accessories

4. Use for purposes or in scenarios different from the product’s designed intention

5. Destruction or disposal of the product frame / accessories before customer service confirms the issue

6. Normal wear and tear from regular use
7. Issues unrelated to product quality

Processing Time

All in-stock accessories, parts, frames, etc. will be shipped within 2–4 business days.


Back-ordered items will be shipped subject to inventory availability.


Advance notice is required if accessories are to be shipped to a non-original delivery address.

Warranty Process

Customers must provide accurate information, photos and videos as per the steps below.
(Customers shall be responsible for any consequences caused by incorrect information.)


Take photos and videos of the damaged frame or parts, and mark the corresponding part number in the instruction manual.
(If you cannot find the manual, please email support@gymusclo.com and customer service will send you an electronic copy.)


Describe the damage and its cause in detail in the email.
Customer service will determine whether the product is eligible for warranty based on the materials you provide.
