Returns & Refunds
Gymusclo allows you to return any new, unused, unopened items within 35 calendar days of receiving your order.
Gymusclo does not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened or received beyond the 35-calendar-day period.
All delivery days are counted from the date you receive your first package.
For example: If your first package is delivered on January 1st and the second package on January 3rd, the counting period starts on January 1st.

Return Conditions & Process
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original received condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please provide the following materials to our customer service team for return approval:
- Photos and videos of the product with original packaging from all angles
- Order number
Our customer service team will determine if the product is eligible for return. If the photos or videos confirm the product is in acceptable condition, a return label will be sent to you via email.
Customers are responsible for contacting the logistics carrier according to the information on the return label.
Once Gymusclo receives the returned item, the refund process will be initiated within 24–48 hours. All refunds will be processed by the bank within 2–3 business days (delays may occur during weekends and holidays).
About Return Shipping Fees
Returns and refunds will not be approved under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- After the product has been assembled or used.
- Damage caused by the customer’s disassembly or repair.
- Damage caused by a third party.
- Damage resulting from improper use of the product.
- Misuse, abuse, inadequate maintenance, or improper operation.

Address Change
You may change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order.
Address changes are not supported after 24 hours of order placement. If you need delivery to a new address, please contact the carrier directly. All subsequent fees shall be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Canceling an order after 24 hours will be treated as a return, and the return and refund process will be initiated.
(The 24-hour period starts from the time you receive the first email after placing the order.)
Lost or Stolen
If you purchased shipping insurance (offered by Gymusclo at checkout), your order is protected against:
- Loss in transit: The package is not delivered by the carrier’s estimated delivery date.
- Theft after delivery: The package is confirmed stolen after delivery.
- Natural disasters: Damage or loss caused by flood, earthquake, wildfire, or other natural disasters.
- Carrier-specific force majeure: Events beyond the carrier’s control (e.g., strikes, government actions, pandemics).
Coverage includes:
- Free replacement or refund: Immediate free reshipment of the same item, or a full refund at your request.
- Claim management: Gymusclo will handle all carrier claims and related documentation on your behalf.
This policy does NOT cover:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
- Intentional misuse of coverage (fraudulent claims).
To receive this coverage:
- Shipping insurance must be selected and paid at checkout.
- The loss/theft incident must be reported to Gymusclo within 7 calendar days of the original estimated delivery date.
- For stolen packages: Provide a copy of the police report or documentation confirming theft issued by the carrier (if applicable).
